Formation Team Championship
Price - $25.00
The $25.00/person fee for the formation team is the fee for each person on the team that is NOT dancing in ANY other event. If a team member is also competing in a regular "couple" event then the fee for that person is $70.00/person.
Each team member will receive the following:
Friday Night Practice
Entry into all ballrooms at the Ohio Star Ball (Saturday and Sunday daytime)
Ticket for Friday and Saturday night to watch professional events at the Ohio Star Ball.
The names of all team members (both those only competing in the Formation Team, and those members who are also dancing in the couple events,) must be sent to the register.
