USA Dance National Collegiate DanceSport Championship

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Welcome to the annual USA Dance National Collegiate DanceSport Championship, held in Columbus Ohio. All of us involved hope you can join us in creating an exciting weekend full of fun and lasting memories.
The 2011 events will be held Saturday & Sunday at the Convention Center Nov 19-20. Competitions in Latin, Rhythm, Standard & Smooth Styles - All Levels
Plus, the NCC will be again hosting the USA Dance Collegiate Formation Team Championships. This will be a sanctioned event and as such all USA Dance Formation Team rules will be followed. Please contact the registrar for any additional information.
We will also be holding our annual University Team Match.
REGISTRATION NOTES
• 2011 Championship will ONLY be offering ONLINE registration. (Formation Teams contact Daphna Locker at: nccregistrar@gmail.com)
• The deadline for registration and payment HAS BEEN CHANGED TO is Midnight, Friday Nov. 11, 2011 ($15/person penalty for payment after Friday 11/11/11 or at the event.)
• During check-in at the event, registrants will need BOTH their USA Dance Student Athlete Membership card and College Student ID.
Note: Competitors will receive free entry into the Ohio Star Ball Friday and Saturday night events with your registration fee of $70.

THE NATIONAL COLLEGIATE DANCESPORT CHAMPIONSHIP IS OPEN TO ANYONE WHO MEETS ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW:
1) Is a member of USA Dance, AND
2) Is a college/university student with a valid student ID, OR
3) Have graduated within the last 6 months/previous semester, and be able to show a graduation certificate AND YOUR PARTNER IS STILL A COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY STUDENT WITH A VALID STUDENT ID. (Dropping out of school 2 months ago, does not count.) AND
4) Is between the ages of 16 and 35.
Registration starts Friday at 5pm. Formation Team check in for practice will be Friday 6 to 7:30 pm and Saturday morning 6:30 to 7:30. For those who don't want to attend the show at Ohio Star Ball, the ballroom will be open for practice from 8 - 11 pm.
